The quality of the items we have now is excellent! However two items needed to be replaced due to the original pieces being faulty and another item could not be assembled as the fittings were missing from the box (due to the fact that the box was split wide open when it arrived!) We are very satisifed with the furniture but it caused some inconvenience having to contact customer services and be at home to receive further deliveries.
