And rightly so. But on the flip side, I’m not convinced people praise excellent customer service on the rare occasions that they experience it?

I recently ordered an item of furniture that arrived promptly as usual, but I hadn’t noticed that it was damaged when I was unpacking it. As we’d never had an issue before, I had assumed that the item was perfect and hadn’t bothered to check the furniture.
So I rang customer services a few days after delivery and spoke to Emily. I was wary that some companies will do anything to fob you off and make it difficult to return or replace items. However, Emily was very helpful and she arranged for a replacement, no questions asked. Her only request was that I sent in some photos highlighting the damage.
I sent the photos in a few days later, and within a few hours both myself and my wife had a call from Rachel explaining what happens next. My wife also had a courtesy call from the courier company! Rachel was extremely helpful, explained exactly what would happen next and again nothing seemed like too much hassle.
I spoke to Rachel again this morning to amend the order, and again she was only too happy to accommodate the amendments.
I would like to commend both Emily and particularly Rachel on the excellent customer service, their professionalism and their “can do” attitude. I certainly won’t hesitate to use PineSolutions again, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to others.
