Vancouver Oak Bookcase

Excellent product, really well put together and built to last. We have many of the other products in the Vancouver range and cannot fault any of them. Very very pleased with product and with service from Pine Solutions - price match promised was excellent and they delivered on 23/12/2011 after ordering on 21/12/2011. Could not recommend enough.

Bought two for alcoves in lounge. Fantastic quality and really good value for money. Delivery was great - phoned evening before to confirm and then 1 hr before actual delivery. Carefully placed exactly where we wanted and removed all packaging. Second purchase and definitely won't be last.

Stunning solid piece of furniture, well built and surpassed our expectations in every respect. The only fly in the ointment was with the delivery - 4 hours later than advised and not even a phone call to forewarn us they were running behind. Even customer services were no help at finding out when (if?) they were going to turn up. A shame really - a few hours wait on top of the two month order lead time would not have mattered in the slightest had we simply been kept up-to-date and not left sitting there wasting our day off.

Took delivery of this item on Christmas Eve and I'm very happy with it. The couriers were extremely helpful and called in advance to arrange a convenient time. The finish is very good, a solid piece of furniture and now looking at other pieces in the range to compliment it. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

We struggled to find bookcases narrow enough for our alcoves; we bought two of these and they look like they were made to measure. Nice to have the drawers as a feature, rather than a plain boring bookcase.

The Vancouver range produces solid furniture, unlike a lot of Oak that can be purchased over the net. This is a useful item, well constructed. Service from Pine solutions was a lot better and faster than I have had from other suppliers of Oak furniture.
