Well built and affordable, the Reclaimed Oak Hi-Fi unit is made from solid oak from only fully sustainable forests and finished with a light lacquer. This Hi-Fi unit will be delivered fully assembled so you can spend more time playing your record collection.   • This product features 100% Solid Red Oak except for the shelves which are a high quality Oak Veneer over MDF to increase strength and prevent warping. This range has been finished to look like Reclaimed Oak but is in fact made from New Oak Timber which has been sourced from sustainable forests.

My mistake. When this item came I had only measured width and depth so it was too tall. I rang and when I explained that I had made a mistake it was no trouble. They exchanged it for a unit that would fit and it looks lovely.

Build quality 5 Value for money 5 Fits perfectly in the room. It's being used as a TV display with the DVD player etc in the cupboard. Very happy with it.

Good solid piece of furniture, well made and looks good. A couple of things to consider though. 1. When measuring your equipment be aware that the opening is a few inches narrower than the width of the unit. I had to take the door off and put my amp in vertically and then lift the shelf into position together with the amp. Not easy! 2. The openings at the back for cables are small and very awkward. They could do with being larger or an opening back door fitted.
