The black markings completely spoilt the appearance. Did not look "distressed" but like scuff marks. Therefore did not keep the furniture, which was a shame.

Although I was happy with the build quality of this cabinet, I was disappointed that the wood was chipped in two places on the top of the cabinet. Should have returned it, but felt it was too much hassle, and no others left in stock. I don't imagine that this happened in transit as the cabinet was very well packaged. Can only assume this was the last one in the shop. We did not complain to the company.

After paying for the standard delivery for this item I waited a week for it to arrive. I have found the service most appalling. Once the delivery guy had dropped the item off to me I discovered once side of the box a mouldy and wet. I Opened the box and one side of the unit was broken and loose in the box. The delivery guy said I had to sign for it and he would not take it away. I called Pine Solutions Straight away and I the customer service agent was very sorry, I sent her some photos and she arranged a new unit to be sent. Once the delivery guy arrived a couple of days later he was very rude, in an un marked delivery van, started shouting at his boss on his mobile in my home and generally being very rude to me and annoyed that he had to move the box so he cooked take the damaged unit away. I would like to make a formal complaint to pine solutions about the delivery man but no one from customer service has followed my e-mail up. My new unit is much better but still damaged in one corner. Overall I am very disappointed with this company and rather appalled that they would use such a delivery company.
