Fast efficient service, delivery was excellent, the guys helped us unpack and took the packaging away with them. very high quality furniture.

Very pleased with product; ingenious flat-pack construction. Fascinating to put together. Disappointed not to have extra shelves available for purchase, as the spaces between the shelves are quite large and I have many books! Delivery info very good.

I would just like to thank you for your excellent service recently. I ordered my bookcase, the next day the delivery people rang to let me know it would be delivered 3 days later - it was -at 8.30 am. It was beautifully wrapped and packaged and I am delighted with it. When assembling it I realised it could easily take another shelf. I rang your store who told me it could be sent on to you and would be FOC... Where else would you get that service these days? The shelf then came 2 days later wonderfully packed complete with 2 sets of shelf pins. I am delighted and would recommend your company to anyone. Will definitely use you again - hopefully soon. I was surprised I had to assemble the furniture but it was well made and easy so in the end I did not mind!

Slight damage to one product but got it replaced quite easily.

The bookcases were delivered partly assembled and the instructions supplied with it were clear enough to finish the job in thirty minutes. They are very nice to look at and quite sturdy. It is great that you can still buy solid wood furniture for such a reasonable price, better than one of these nasty MDF jobs, which are not even cheap.

Was good quality but let down for 'a happy of tar'. Skimped on paint in places - particularly inside of drawers, to the point my daughter asked why her new drawers were 'stained' on the inside and if it would effect her clothes. The bookcase with piano hinges was great for assembly, but all screws had been put in sloppily and where sharp for little fingers and needed re-doing. A little more care would have left a good wow factor and a comment for what a good idea, rather than commenting about what a shame not more care was taken. The bookcase also has gaps at the bottom which again with a little more thought could have been designed better.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!! We'll order again. The only problem was the long wait but it was worth it. Super value. It looks perfect. We love it. It is a huge bookcase by the way.
