Oakleigh Wide Bookcase

Due to length of shelf, centre part appeared slightly weak and, in order to strengthen it to take the weight of books, it was necessary to drill another 2 holes in the back of the bookcase and insert extra pegs (supplied) to support shelf in the middle.

Q: Soho bookcase 54 x 36 what is the space between the shelves? ie is there space to store a standard paperback book in an upright position on all 4 shelves? Donald
A: All of the shelves on this Soho Bookcase are adjustable, which makes it very difficult to give you measurements. It does however give you complete flexibilty to use as many of the shelves as you'd like, and create the prefect height between them. Angela
