Excellent. More than happy with the whole process. Delivery was much faster than other furniture companies I have used. The build quality is great I have looked closely and not a dint or mark. Overall exactly what we wanted, quickly delivered, quality product.
Excellent quality and style. We've bought several pieces from this range. They've all been delivered promptly and the delivery men were very helpful unpacking and placing the furniture where desired.
The first bookcase was delivered a week later than expected and had a split down the back - not acceptable:-( Courier returned it to base and another arrived a week later. This one was in good condition and we are happy:-) Apparently this range of furniture comes all the way from Vietnam!!

This item was purchased to match a dresser bought four years ago. I was not expecting such a good colour match as has been achieved. The design, structure and finish are excellent. Despite the description, the shelves are not fixed but are moveable. The service, packing and delivery were excellent. I would have awarded this item five stars were it not for a very large knot in the wood. This does not show in normal view and when the shelves are loaded with books so it is not a serious problem. I do not object to small knots as they add character, but such a large one detracts from the overall quality and value for money.
Furniture was just as expected - good quality and good value
Shelf damaged and it took six months to replace. Except replacement colour of wood did match the rest of the furniture. Very disappointing customer service to date. Do not trust this company. Just lost another customer
