Pine Solutions were very quick in processing the order and called on the morning of the delivery to tell us when to expect the bookcase and half an hour before the actual delivery. All very good! However, the shelves for the bookcase had come loose and had got a little bashed in transit. Not enough for us to send them back but it does have a few little scrapes. Regarding the bookcase, it is exactly as described. It's reasonably priced but the quality is not as good as some other oak furniture we have.
Very pleased with plain design and substantial feel. Really needed one more shelf so rather disappointed by that aspect.
