Belgravia White Bookcase - Low

This is a lovely, very large and long book case ideal for the storage of children's books.

I ordered this book-case in mid November as a Christmas present. The order was due to arrive at the end of November. I stayed in all day and no-one turned up. When I telephoned the company, I re-arranged for another delivery date. The book-case turned up on a day which had not been arranged, and my 86 year old neighbour took it in to clutter her hall-way up all day. When I got the book-case home,there was a flaking paint-work on the side, the plinth was cracked and there was an impact mark at the back. Following further communication with the company, I arranged an exchange for Dec 21st. This second bookcase arrived and, when opened, revealed a crack on the plinth and flaking paintwork. As yet, I am still awaiting a satisfactory bookcase which I ordered in mid November. I am sure when Pine Solutions manage to send me one that is not cracked, dented or has poor paintwork it will be lovely. As a bonus, it may even arrive on the day that I arranged.

The furniture was for my daughter's bedroom and the quality was fine. The bottom drawer runners on the chest of drawers were broken and we have had to glue them on, apart from that all was fine.

I'm very impressed, it's a really nice bookcase and is exactly what I was looking for. It is well made and looks beautiful. Highly recommended.
