Do you have a showroom?
We have recently launched our first showroom. Based in Norfolk, it trades under the
name HomeFurnitureFirst. For more details, please click

If you are concerned about ordering furniture you have not seen there are a couple of
options that we have implemented to overcome this problem.
Firstly we offer a free wood sampling service. Please send an email to woodsamples@pinesolutions.co.uk
including details of your postal address along with the ranges you are interested in
and we will send you wood samples free of charge.
Secondly and more importantly we offer a free, 7 day piece of mind guarantee on all
your purchases where we will collect any items you order, free of charge as long as
they are in their original condition and packaging and suitable for
resale.
I have a fault with my furniture, what can I do?
Please contact our team on 0800 195 0503 with details of the damage. Please have
your order number ready to enable us to deal with your problem efficiently. We will ask
you to follow up this initial contact in writing by email to help@pinesolutions.co.uk.
Do you have a catalogue?
To keep our prices as low as possible and in line with our 'green ethos', we do not
produce catalogues. All information is shown on our website which is updated daily.
Please feel free to contact us with any query however big or small and we will be happy
to help.

May I request a wood sample?
Yes, we have samples available for most of our
ranges. To obtain a sample simply email the name of the range, product and reference
code along with your name and address to woodsamples@pinesolutions.co.uk
Please allow approximately 2-3 working days for delivery.
I need some parts for my furniture.
If you require parts for your furniture, or
discover that a part is missing, please e-mail our team at woodsamples@pinesolutions.co.uk.
Please include your name, order number and contact details.
We regret that we CANNOT provide spare parts for any Ducal furniture (Flight, and
Heartland ranges) as they have ceased trading and were never affiliated with Pine
Solutions. This does not affect any guarantees.
Can you change the wood stain or dimensions of the furniture?
Pinesolutions is
unable to make any changes to the furniture. We are happy to talk to you about the
style you would like to see if we stock anything similar. We would not recommend
changing the finish to any furniture purchased from us and we are not liable for
damaged caused by doing so.
How do I cancel or return my item?
Please read the details in our terms and conditions. Contact us on 0800 195 0503 to
discuss your issue and we will work to resolve it as soon as possible.

Can I get some help with my flat pack furniture?
Our friends the Flat Pack
Amigos provide a high quality nationwide furniture assembly service for anyone who
cannot or does not wish to assemble the furniture themselves. See http://www.flatpackamigos.co.uk/

company and has no connection with PineSolutions other than the fact that we recommend
them.

Is Pinesolutions part of Ducal or Parker Knoll?
No. Ducal has ceased trading
and has never been affiliated with us. We no longer have Ducal Furniture in stock.
Parker Knoll is not linked with Pinesolutions, their details can be found at
www.parkerknoll.co.uk.
As a non EC resident can I claim the VAT back?
Please note that we are not able
to ship outside of mainland UK. Customers are responsible for onward shipment but we
will offer VAT refunds for oversease visitors to the United Kingdom and entitled EC
residents at our discretion.
