In the majority of instances the process takes about 15 minutes, and the remainder are considered within 24 hours. If your application is accepted, you will be sent documents in the post containing your finance document pack and instructions on what to do next.

When your signed finance agreement has been returned, you have a 14 day cooling off period during which you have the right to cancel the finance agreement. We are unable to deliver your goods until after this period has expired.

What if my application is declined?

If your application is declined, information will be provided by our finance provider who you can contact if you have any further queries. If you would like to pay with an alternative method just give us a call on 0800 0503 195 or order online and we will process your order as usual.

• We can not ship a finance order to a different delivery address, all finance orders must be delivered to the billing address (matching your finance application form).
• We cannot accept applications from those who:
  • Have not been a resident of this country for 3 years.
  • Are receiving unemployment benefit.
  • Are under 18 years of age or are students.
• The total minimum order value of the goods must be £400.00.
