What Will My Delivery Be Like?

Based on the size and contents of your order, we will decide the best delivery method for you. You will receive one of four different delivery types. Details of each delivery type are listed below, but if you're still not certain what delivery type you'll get, we'll be able to say for sure when you take your furniture to the checkout.

Please be aware, if you want to take advantage of our finance package, we can only deliver to your billing address.

The delivery method we select for you will be free, but we also offer a whole host of really useful upgrades, so you can completely tailor your delivery to suit you. To learn about upgrades, read our upgrades section.

If you've placed an order over £500 or you've ordered heavy items (typically over 50kg), you will receive the following service:

Room of Choice Delivery


Important: amending or cancelling your order after it has been despatched may incur a charge or delay your delivery. Please note goods are despatched up to 4 days before delivery.

  • Delivered by our dedicated two man delivery team.
  • You will receive your allocated time window by 8am on the day of delivery, in most cases these are sent the day before. Please be aware that our delivery team may book your delivery slot any time between 7am - 9pm.
  • Your furniture will be delivered to your room of choice access permitting. Please ensure there is a clear route through to the room so our driver can safely deliver your furniture. If delivery is required to the second floor or beyond, please call us to check, as we cannot guarantee Room of Choice without prior confirmation.
  • Get a phone call from our drivers up to one hour before arrival on the day.
  • Loads of upgrades available.

Four Hour Window Delivery

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery between 7am – 9pm.
  • You will receive a more specific time window the day before delivery. Please note that this is an all-day service and our delivery team may book your delivery slot any time between 7am – 9pm.
  • Loads of upgrades available.

Small Item Delivery

  • Delivered by our expert network delivery team.
  • Delivery to the front entrance on the ground floor of your property.
  • Delivery between 7:30am and 6pm
  • Card through your door if you're not home. No redelivery charge.
  • Loads of upgrades available.

Parcel Delivery

  • Delivered by our expert network delivery team.
  • Delivery to the front entrance on the ground floor of your property.
  • Delivery between 7:30am and 6pm
  • You will receive a SMS and email notification (as long as you have provided us with this information) in the morning of your delivery providing you with a one hour delivery window. These notifications will also provide a link with which you can track your parcel on a real-time map, all the way down to the final 15 minutes before delivery.

We'll need a signature from you when we deliver your order, so make sure there's someone authorised to accept your furniture at home on the day your delivery is arranged for. Failed deliveries can incur a re-delivery fee. Please note if you are based in Scotland Highlands, we normally deliver within 5-10 working days, however some locations at the furthest corners of the country can take up to 28 days. Please contact our team if you need further clarification.

Free Delivery in North Scotland

The following postcodes can still receive a free delivery, but be aware that the default option given to you, as described in our Delivery Types section, will cost £25. To receive free delivery in these areas, simply select the Pallet Delivery option at the checkout:

AB, DD, IV, KW1-14, PA & PH - please note we can only deliver to postcodes which are within the UK mainland.

This service involves your furniture being delivered on a wooden pallet to the front of your property. Please note that you will not be able to select a delivery date with this service. Once all of your goods are in stock, we will despatch on the earliest available date and once your order has arrived with our distribution service, they will contact you to advise when your delivery will be taking place. What Upgrades Can I Have?

We're really proud of our tailored delivery service. It takes the hassle out of delivery by letting you choose an experience that suits you. Below is a complete list of our upgrades. The upgrades available will be shown to you when you take your order through our checkout.

If you've already placed your order with us, you can still add these upgrades , so long as you haven't already picked a delivery date. Just get in touch with us via email or phone.

Four Hour Window

from £14.99

(included in Four Hour Window services)

With this upgrade you will receive a notification (via email or SMS) from the courier company in the morning of the day of delivery providing you with a 4 hour window. They will also call you up to an hour before they are due to arrive on the day.

You will be able to add this upgrade to your order whilst taking your items through our checkout.

If your default delivery is either Room of Choice or Four Hour Window, you will already receive this service.

Room Of Choice

from £9.99

(included in Room of Choice service)

Tell our delivery drivers which room you would like your furniture to go in and they'll take it there and position it for you. Please note that we'll only be able to do this when there's sufficient access to the room, and please check with us if delivery is beyond the second floor, as we cannot guarantee Room of Choice without prior confirmation.

You will be able to add room of choice to your order when you take your order through our checkout.

Please note there are two room of choice delivery services – the checkout will allocate the most suitable type dependant on the items in your basket.

Express Delivery

From only £9.99!

Receive your furniture any time within the next 14 days, including tomorrow, with our super-fast express delivery. If your order is in stock, simply select this option at the checkout and you'll be able to receive an express delivery of your furniture within the next 14 days.

You will be able to choose your own delivery date from a calendar in our checkout. To add express delivery to your order, just select one of the express delivery days. Applicable Mon-Fri

Saturday Delivery

Why take time off work when you could have delivery on the weekend?

Evening Delivery

£14.99

Get your furniture between 5:00pm and 9:30pm with this option. If your day is just too busy to take any time out, this should make life easier.

You will be able to add Evening Delivery to your order while taking your items through our checkout.

Please note: this upgrade is only available with our 4 hour window delivery service.

Morning Delivery

from £9.99

If you don't fancy waiting in all day, choose to get your furniture delivered in the morning. You can have your furniture delivered within one of the following timeslots:

  • Before 10:00 am - from £19.99
  • Before 12:00 noon - from £9.99

This service is only available for our Standard Delivery and Small Item Delivery services (postcode restrictions apply).

If your basket qualifies, you will be able to add this upgrade to your order at the checkout. Unfortunately, these morning deliveries aren't available for collections or exchanges.

Furniture Assembly

from £15 per item

Our specialist delivery team will take your furniture to your room of choice, unpack, assemble and position your furniture. The price for assembly depends on what you have ordered as per the below pricing. Please note that this is the assembly cost per item.

If you want to take advantage of this service, just select this option at the checkout.

Premium Assembly From £45 per item.
Premium Assembly covers all wardrobes and beds.
Light
Assembly
From £15 per item.
Light assembly covers all smaller items of furniture including dining tables, chests of drawers, bookcases, dressing tables and computer desks.

*Please note we only offer Premium assembly with our 2 man room of choice service.

This service is not available on flat pack items and only available with a room of choice delivery service.

Packaging Removal

£5.00 per order

An extra upgrade for customers taking advantage of our Room Of Choice delivery service. For only £5 more, our drivers will remove all the packaging from your furniture, take it away with them and recycle it.

If you would like to add this to your order, ensure that you have selected our Room Of Choice upgrade, then select the package removal option.

This service is not available for flat pack furniture.

Cancellations and Re-Delivery

You can cancel your order, in writing, up to 7 working days after delivery has been made. All cancelled orders that are despatched to you that you do not return to us yourself will incur return transport fees as outlined in our Cancellations Policy

If you need to cancel your order or remove items before delivery, please ensure you contact us at least 2 working days before your delivery date, as once we have despatched your order from our distribution centre, there will be an additional fee of £15 to return your furniture back to us. We may still be able to add to your order after this point, but please contact our Customer Services Team on 0333 200 4606 to discuss your requirements.

Please ensure you are available to receive delivery on the agreed date. If you are unable to receive delivery, please notify us at least 2 working days before delivery is due to take place.

Additionally, if you miss your delivery, you will have to pay a fee to cover the costs we have incurred. The redelivery charges are as below:
