Brooklyn Oak Double Wardrobe

We bought 2 wardrobes; one was fine, the other had a door that didn't fit properly - it was rhombus-shaped instead of rectangular!! They were ordered on October 19, & a replacement still hasn't been delivered (November 25). Not a particularly good experience overall, although Rachael Corstorphine (Customer Account Handler) has done her best in a polite, sympathetic & apologetic manner to sort it out for us & to keep us informed of progress.

Really solid, well made piece of furniture given the price which has got to be the most competitive around for solid wood furniture. Delivery men were wonderful. Unpacked everything in next to no time and I ordered a lot of pieces. Really, really happy with my purchase. Thanks.

More than well pleased with product, very well made, very good quality finish, well worth the price.

Good quality, solid and good value. Large piece of furniture which delivery crew managed expertly around dificult access. Very pleased with ordering process and delivery system.

Very disappointed. When delivery men came to deliver they decided they would not be able to get this wardrobe upstairs into the bedroom, without even getting it out of the van and trying. my house is a brand new house with one turn in the staircase. Our removal men managed to get my son's wardrobe of similair dimenions upstairs with minimal effort. Disappointed that pine solutions did not investigate this further and took three weeks and several phone calls before my money was refunded.
