Pine Solutions was contacted the day the item was delivered as the bracket was badly attached which meant that the mirror could not be put in place. I´m disappointed that it will take 3.5 months to have it replaced. Hence the poor ratings.

I was absolutely delighted with the English Heritage Swivel mirror which arrived very well packed. It's just the right size for my guest bedroom dressing-table and the quality is excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this mirror.

love the bevelled edge on the mirror, sits on the dresser a treat and finishes the look really well.
