This item was cancelled for a refund because it was not delivered when promised, you were unaware it had not been delivered. I had to call you, person could not help, promised a call back which did not happen. No response to first two emails. I just gave up at the lack of customer service and lack of awarteness of what you are doing. |Wll not use again!

Lovely piece! I ordered this mirror to match other items within this range. When it was delivered the mirror was cracked. I phoned pine solutions and they could not have been more helpful. A replacement was provided within a week.
