Build Quality

Received damaged at one corner of the base, after close examination looked as if damage COULD have been caused in transit or shipping. The whole unit was replaced without quibble, but the replacement item seemed to show 'bruising' in the same area, as it was a cheap item we didn't complain further. The seller comes out tops, but the product is poor quality though superficially looks OK

Product was badly damaged and I wanted to send it back but my other half talked me out of it. It was well protected in its packaging and there was no sign of damage to the box, so the damage must have occured at the manufacturers in China. Probably dropped on its corners
