The only complaint I have is that after the mattress was delivered and unwrapped it was found to have some very dirt scuff marks on the corner which had actually gone right through the fabric in one place. Obviously the carrier could not wait until all the wrapping had been removed so the marks were not discovered until well after he had gone. However, it is very comfortable and has eased my back well.

Although not as firm as I had expected it is very comfortable and provides a good night's sleep.
As an employee of PineSolutions I decided to purchase this mattress for my own use. Quality was far better than even I expected, even the ticking fabric is of a high grade and overall it has been extremely comfortable and supportive and fully lives up to its orthopaedic mattress status. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great value mattress which is also great quality.
