Tealby Large Chest

We sent this chest back. I was really disappointed with the quality. One of the runners for the bottom drawers had come off (and this was obviously known when it was boxed, because the drawer wasn't in properly). The middle drawers are also very narrow (much narrower than the appear from the drawer face, which is quite wide). In addition, the wooden struts which create the basket panels seemed badly attached. All in all, I was unimpressed. That said, at the reduced price, it wasn't bad value for money - if you are prepared to accept that a cheaper price means low quality. I'll be replacing this with a more expensive, better built, unit.

Really sorry to give this rating. The delivery team were excellent, there was absolutely no problem with returning the product with them after contacting the office and the payment was promptly returned as promised. Apart from the damage, paint marks and very poor fitting drawer, the quality of the product was hugely below our expectations. We felt that the price was far too high even at the reduced price listed. We are more than happy to respond in more detail if it would be of any help to you. Thanks Dave and Dee Shaw

Very happy with the quality of the product. Was disappointed that the three drawers in the middle were smaller than the picture gave impression, they are not the full width. The width of these drawers is 11.5" approx. The actual width is 7.5" so you can't get much in. Wouldn't have bought it had I have known, that's why I've given it a 3 out of 5 for value - I bought it in the sale.

Very happy with the chest.
