The chest of drawers has a really nice design and the wood has a lovely natural, country-style appearance. However, I had 2 problems with the product. Firstly, one of the wooden handles was very loose, due to wear on the thread inside the hole. I had to secure the handle with wooden matchsticks, like a Rawplug pushed inside the hole, to tighten the handle. It is still not completely firm. I phoned Customer Service to see if they could supply me with a spare wooden handle, but I have not heard from them since. I also feel that the product should come with a warning about not putting anything over a certain weight in the drawers. This is because overnight, I noticed that there was a slight sagging in the drawers, causing superficial horizontal splits in the wood in the drawer fronts. I have not asked for a replacement, because I don't want to go through the hassle of having to send it back, and then unpack and repack the drawers again. Nevertheless, the product should carry a warning about maximum weight tolerated by the drawers.
