My first chest of drawers had to be returned due to the incorrect alignment of the holes drilled for the draw handles. The replacement chest of drawers had a similar problem and also had to go back. I decided enough was enough and a full refund was obtained without problem

Good solid build piece of furniture. (Exact match for the milano range from Cargo from a few years ago). Drawers are on metal runners which are quite smooth and easy to use. We had to arrange for a replacmment to be sent as the first delivered was badly damaged and had some manufacturing issues. Pinesolutions were very helpful and the exchnage was made as simple as possible by the couriers. No problems with build quailty or damage on the second delivery.

Couldn't fault it. Very well made. Priced just about right. If it was a bit more expensive I may have looked elsewhere.
