Very good delivery service & communications now. Only 1 prob with build quality: 2 of the knobs had holes in them too large for the metal rawl plugs and therefore would not hold the screws & stay in place. (Solved by using a large quantity of Power Flex Superglue!)

It took time to come, but excellent service when it did - it looks very good too and the drawers open easily.

Very well built and well protected during delivery. The only question regarding build quality is with the handles a couple of the heads became detached from the screw insert and required a little glue to make good apsrt from that a good product.

again this item has a fault ,so was returned, again waiting for a delivery but not happy, as moved house and still nowhere to put our clothes, very inconvenient

One of the units was split and is on a long lead time for replacement which was disappointing. However I still like the product and hope this will be sorted soon

The wardrobe had a large crack in the front left leg, and if it hadn't taken a mammoth effort to get the box upstairs before we opened it I probably would have sent it back as it was clearly packaged in that condition (the packaging /protection was very good)...

Excellent. Chest of drawers was excellent value for money and great quality, service excellent and delivery prompt. Very happy.

Good product quality and build. However one of the plastic foot on the underside of the legs was missing on delivery. I contacted PineSolutions for a replacement foot, still waiting for confirmation that they will get a foot to me. I would also watch out for the couriers as well. Because item is pre built they tried to ram the chest up the stairs and damage the wall on the way up. Still waiting feedback from PineSolutions about this, getting fed up waiting for them to get back to me. They customer services are apparently really busy!
