Belgravia White 2+2 Chest of Drawers

White glove delivery service is simply a bloke with a van who stood there mute until I helped him to unload. Good job I was there and not just my missus. When he had left we looked at each other gob-smacked - basically it was a joke. I bought a number of items from this range. I would say that all of them had chips, dents etc. The paintwork EASILY chips (keep those children away!). I couldn't be bothered to go through the hassle of returning (or proving it arrived in the state it did) so I got the filler and paint out and repaired them myself. On the positive side they are reasonable value for money and do look good.

- product looked great in pictures, but when delivered both sets of drawers were badly damaged. Product returned next day to company and refund requested. Still no refund after ten days, so I had to phone up company ten days later to request refund again. Need to wait on my credit card statement to confirm if refund has been processed.

I must say 1st of all that I have never met 2 more helpful and pleasant delivery men in my life, a big thanks to them. I love the drawers, they are in my spare room and fit in perfectly, look good too, excellent value for money.

not bad for the money matched my other draws nicely would buy again

I was happy at first with my purchase but after less than two weeks one of the knobs on the bottom draw came away with minimal amount of clothing inside. It appears that the two big draws are two heavy for the small knobs which is a shame because I like the furniture otherwise but cannot use it as once the knobs come away the paintwork is damaged and not able to screw the knob back. All the other knobs are likely to come away because of the way it is built. Hoping someone can come up with a suggestion other than to leave the draws empty.

Pleased with product and service, however I paid £125 + £29.99 delivery and have since seen the identical unit in a local shop for £110. Shop around.

3 items out of 4 were damaged and 2 items had to be returned and 1 item we are going to fix ourselves so initially quite disappointed. However with the exception of the damage the products were just what we wanted and we were really pleased.

Solid product, wasn't too pleased about the finish, was rough in places, and glue was showing.
