Very impressed and happy with this product! Apply some patience when assembling this product and results will speak for them selves! I spent around 2 hours putting this together but it is worth it! Study the instructions and count the parts first then set about assembly! Instructions are actually quite easy! I had no trouble understanding them! Good solid Item!

It was delivered damaged. Your clerk was very helpful and sent me replacement parts. The chest is just what you get for £100+. So....Ok WJC

Really pleased with my drawers. Easy to order, arranged for a Saturday delivery and arrived early. Would recommend to my family and friends.

Chest of draws nice height, easy to assemble however draws don't always sit flush.

As above regarding the drawers.

don't buy from this company, customer service does no exist, first set of drawers side panels damaged, drawer runners also damaged, new runners sent out but were the wrong ones, still waiting for customer service to sort out replacement, have phoned five times and been told "someone from customer service will be in touch "this has taken 3 weeks and my problem has not been resolved, be warned don't buy from this company

The cupboard on the whole is very good but the panel pins were very weak and bent easily and turned into the sides of the chest once or twice

I have a couple of pieces of furniture from PineSolutions and have always been happy, however this was very poor quality. It looks and feels cheap.

I bought 3 of these and pleased with them but the wood used in the base is poor and splinters easily fixed but the base is weak and needs looking at for future design.

Easy to assemble and good sized drawers. Slight issue with the bottom drawer runners a little stiff could just be newness though.

I thought my husband was going to have a heart attack when he was putting this together! Looks nice once it's done , but the bottom drawer still doesn't run smoothly.

The drawer bottoms don't stay in grooves v well and so bottom keeps falling out of drawers. Also glue not strong enough

these two chest were very easy built, after having built the small one first. plenty of room, very well made. makes my room looks so much better for having them in.would recomend you and your service to all the people i know.well done. Albert

one set of chest of drawers had no runners and screws so again i couldn't put it up , but the other chest of drawers were simple to put together

Seem good for the money. Bought triple wardrobe, two chest of drawers and two bedside chests. Instructions ok to follow though after five items you get good at it. First one takes a bit of time. Remember to ensure unit is square before nailing back on. had broken piece and piece missing but received them the next day after contacting customer service so was impressed by that.

Excellent value for money, very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent set of draws came when requested and fairly easy to ensemble.....took about 2 hours but worth it . Looks good nice set of draws really pleased with it would recommend.

Basically I would say about this item that you get what you pay for. Didn't cost the earth and is certainly not the best quality but it's as it's only for a spare bedroom it's okay. Had a problem with the top as it was chipped when it arrived but a call to customer services sorted the problem out very easily and a replacement was delivered very quickly.

The carcass is too thin, should be 20mm thick. It would give a stronger appearance

The chest of drawers was surprising simple to put together. The drawers move smoothly and the construction is pleasingly solid.

having bought 1 of these in the past the quality of this purchase is not as good as their previous Chest.

There was a piece wood missing just above the bun foot on the inner corner but luckily does not visibly notice otherwise everything else was o.k. Good value compared to what is available in stores. Good Customer Service.

Easy to build. Some parts not up to function. No glue included. Too light in weight. Overall reasonable for the money.

Great item, just as described and really fast delivery. We're really happy with the chest of drawers, and the service we received. We would definitely recommend buying from Pine Solutions, to our friends and family.

The chest of drawers itself is fine. However, I was disappointed with the Pine Solutions` customer service. I did not receive my delivery on the scheduled day. When I called the company to find out what has happened with the package nobody was able to help me. They had no idea where the delivery was. The customer service person "advised" me to check with the courier company. I didn`t think that it was my job since I paid Pine Solutions for the delivery service. I ended up tracking my package. I was shocked how lost and inefficient Pine Solutions` customer service is.

Be prepared for a complicated build as there are loads of parts on this chest of drawers. Nice unit when completed.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to build this chest of drawers. The finished article looked so good in my daughter's bedroom I ordered two other items in this range as well.

Pretty good, a couple of the parts do not fit exactly - but is still good value

Drawer sizes are quite slim line, would be better if one deeper drawer was included

These are nice sturdy well designed units, lots of capacity and they look good too.
