good item and sale price (thats why i brought two!!!)

The assembly was easy. The only problem I encountered concerned the lid support which if fitted using the marked drill holes did not allow the lid to be opened fully to the vertical position. Had to reduce distance between holes in lid and those on back panel.

Excellent product, service and delivery. This is the second one I have bought and I would certainly recommend it and the company.

I am a senior citizen and I found this item very easy to assemble and the service delivery was excellent

It is of excellent quality but the only fault I incurred was the holes for the hinge were in the wrong place so made my own holes to make it fit the lid.

sorry but we haven't put either item together yet as still waiting for bedroom to be finished, its taking forever carpet still needs laying, but I will report back to you when items are up and running.

Very pleased. Spacious -I have it in my porch and use it to store all our waterproof hiking gear and shoes. Perfect height to sit on and change shoes etc. My porch looks tidy at all times!!!

Lovely piece of solid furniture and easy to assemble. Good delivery service. Just what we were hoping for.

Lid hinges needed to be adjusted slightly for the lid to close properly.

Good quality and easy enough to assemble

I was very pleased with the design, look and quality of this item. I would have given 5 out of 5 for the build but the hinges supplied were different to the diagram and when I queried this over the phone it took 2 days to get a response and by that time we had worked out how to fit them but an excellent product overall!

We had problems with this as the lid just sheared off the hinges so had to receive replacement parts. As a toy box it is attractive, it's just the lid to the rest of the box isn't as well built or secured as it could be. Is a great space saver for toys though, and as a lovely finish

Good quality and easy to put together. We are using it as a toy box in my five year old's room and the slow close lid means that he can't get his fingers trapped so really pleased with that. Also decided not to put the feet on as doesn't go with the rest of our pine furniture but looks fine without them.

Base was bowed but new one sent within three days first class after service and ottoman looks good now built up
