The bed was fine, not a problem, more than happy with build and design. You say on your website that the furniture will be taken to the room of your choice, packaging will be removed from the product and taken away. All we got was "here you are mate, sign here, print there" and it was left just inside the front door. When you are nearly 70, one then has to phone the son-in-law and ask him to come over and help. If I had known this was the after sales service would not have bothered.

The quality was good, although the central leg in the middle of the bed was too short, so I have had to buy wood and construct it myself.
