Belgravia White Bed - Double

Generally it's good quality, solid and very attractive. However two points: a) at some point it had been stored somewhere damp and there was a large patch of mould which had to be wiped off one part ; and b) the pilot holes in the centre of the slats did NOT line up with the piece of wood they're supposed to be screwed in to, which was a pain. I'll have to drill some more this weekend, since I was losing the will to live as I got to the end of assembling it.

Although the Belgravia bed looked good, we were very disappointed in both the finish and flimsiness of the structure. The slats were so splintered that they would have eventually damaged the mattress, and the headboard was very roughly finished in places. Our main gripe was the lack of any central support for the frame, and general lack of rigidity, so we changed to another model.

I bought Belgravia bedroom furniture and was very pleased with your products. It is very good value for money.

I am disgusted with this bed, the first one had paint chips on and it fell apart, the replacement wouldnt even go together as the clasps were not on straight, A rip off, as the finish is inferior workmanship for the price and unsafe as the screws used are too small. One plus, customer service, catherine, is very polite and helpful.
