Pine Solutions charges £24.95 for deliveries under £350 (small or light items are exempt see below). Orders over £350 are free to selected areas. The shopping cart will calculate delivery for you. Deliveries are on weekdays. Saturday deliveries are available to certain areas, call for details.
An additional area surcharge is added to certain areas, the check out will calculate this for you based on your postcode or you can see the DELIVERY MAP below.

Delivery surcharge areas are displayed in the map see above. These areas include:
Scotland and Wales.
North of England: Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, Newcastle, County Durham, Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesborough, Stockton on Tees, Redcar and Cleveland.
Southwest: Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Poole and Bournemouth

Please remember to measure all staircases, hallways and doorframes in addition to the place where you would like to place the furniture so that you are able to move the item into your home safely and comfortably.
If you are worried about the weight of the items you order, you can find those on the e-mail we send you. The PDF attachment has a column called UNIT KG and each item is listed separately with its corresponding weight in kilograms. Please note that large items (beds and wardrobes for example) are often delivered in 2 boxes. The weight shown on your order is the combined weight of all boxes.
As a general guideline we usually advise that items over 50kg or lighter items that are preassembled will need a second person for lifting.

The following applies to PARCEL COURIERS only;
Small or light items will be delivered by a parcel courier, so they would be EXEMPT from the £24.95 delivery charge and any area surcharges. Details are included in the product specification of any product that this applies to.
Orders sent by courier are sent with 3 or 4 working days of when the stock becomes available. Courier deliveries are between 9 and 5, you are not telephoned before delivery. If no one is in when they arrive they first contact your neighbours, failing that they leave a card so you can arrange another day and there is no charge for this.
If you order a substantial quantity of courier items and the order is under £350 you may be charged for delivery, this is because the combined weight of the order will be over the couriers limit, the check out will calculate this for you.
