1. Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us (Pinesolutions.co.uk Ltd) you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email confirmation that we have received your order.

Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or there is a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email confirming acceptance of your order and there will be no contract between us.
 
After your order has been completed we may contact you with a short customer survey.  We would be very grateful if could complete it as it will help us to continue to improve our customer service. Some sections of these surveys will be posted on our website using your name and location (i.e Initial, Surname, County). If you would prefer that your comments aren't used please let us know.
 

2. How to place an order

You can place an order via our website www.pinesolutions.co.uk following the prompts given. If you think that you have made an error when placing your order, please contact us immediately using our Freephone telephone number.

Once you have placed an order you will be contacted via e-mail within 24hrs with details of your order and further information.

Pinesolutions will store your data securely and it will not be handed on to any third parties.


3. Delivery

We only deliver within the UK mainland. For other destinations we can deliver to the nearest, convenient UK port. Any further arrangements are the buyer's responsibility

Pinesolutions.co.uk Ltd shall not be liable for any delay in delivery beyond the suppliers' control.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly by contacting us on our Freephone telephone number 0800 195 0503.

As standard the drivers are unaccompanied and they will need assistance with carrying goods into your property. If you are not able to help the driver you can book a second driver for a cost of £24.95. They will not move or take away any existing goods or property for the purpose of assembly or installation of the goods. Please see our delivery FAQs for details.

The goods will be left inside your premises at the safest convenient location.
Delivery drivers as standard will not carry items upstairs, and all transportation of your goods to a location upstairs is entirely carried out at the contractors risk and discretion.
If you miss a delivery you will be charged for the costs incurred, this is typically around £50 but varies depending on location and courier.

 
Delivery Company Disclaimer
 
Please be advised that whilst every care will be taken by the delivery drivers, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur to your property or possessions whilst the delivery is in progress.
If you know a delivery is expected, it is advisable to take precautions before drivers arrive to avoid any unforeseen circumstances. For example, lay sheets on your carpets, take pictures off the walls, protect any other furniture in your house, etc.

4. Cancellation and Returns

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. We will reply within 2 working days of your initial contact.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense. We can arrange the collection for you; however the charge for this service is typically around £50.00. You must ensure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

For your security and protection refunds are given by the same method which the payment was made by.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights- for example, if goods are faulty or inaccurately described.

Special Order items
A "special order" is any order which has been personalised to your specification by altering a colour on your instruction, or a non-stock item that has been ordered by us from our suppliers on your behalf. If you wish to cancel an order for a special item you will be liable for the cost incurred by Pinesolutions.co.uk up to the point to which you have informed us. This will typically be the cost of manufacture that we have been liable for and any delivery costs that have been incurred in relation to this order.

All items in the following ranges are special order items and require a 40% non returnable deposit.

5. Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us by email; help@pinesolutions.co.uk. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

We endeavour to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the pictures or photographs that are shown.

Please check all flat packed items at the time of delivery. Missing or damaged parts must be reported within 28 days of purchase. Please contact our customer services team by email at help@pinesolutions.co.uk or on our Freephone telephone number 0800 195 05 03.
