Do we have a showroom?
PineSolutions has a clearance facility which is based in central Norwich, located in Norwich Framing Centre. It is run by an independent company. There are some clearance lines on display. Only a range of the oak and pine furniture we stock is on show, including bedroom, living room and dining room furniture. They are open from 8.30 - 6.00 Monday to Saturday and 10.30 - 4.30 on Sundays.

I have a fault with my furniture, what can I do?
You must email help@pinesolutions.co.uk with the full details and your order number, please read the details about what to do in our terms and conditions and we will endeavour to help you.
Do we have a catalogue?
To keep our prices as low as possible we have forgone the task of printing catalogues. Catalogues cost money and are always out of date. All the information is shown on the website, which is updated daily. However please do feel free to contact us with any query however big or small, we will be happy to help.

May I request a wood sample?
Yes, we have samples available for most of our ranges with the exception of; Riverwell, Stamford, Montrose or Glasgow. To obtain a sample simply email the name of the range, product and reference code along with your name and address to
woodsamples@pinesolutions.co.uk Please allow approximately 2-3 working days for delivery.
I need some parts for my furniture.

We regret that we CANNOT provide spare parts for any Ducal furniture (Flight, and Heartland ranges) as they have ceased trading and were never affiliated with Pine Solutions. This does not affect any guarantees.
Can you change the wood stain or dimensions of the furniture?
Pinesolutions is unable to make any changes to the furniture, we would be happy to talk to you about the style you would like to see if we stock anything similar. We would not recommend changing the finish to any furniture purchased from us and we are not liable for damaged caused by doing so.
How do I cancel or return my item?
Please read the details in our
terms and conditions and we work to sort this out as soon as possible.

Can I get some help with my flat pack furniture?
Our friends the Flat Pack Amigos provide a high quality nationwide furniture assembly service for anyone who cannot or does not want to assemble furniture themselves, see

Is Pinesolutions part of Ducal or Parker Knoll?
No. Ducal has ceased trading and has never been affiliated with us. We have a limited selection of Ducal Furniture in stock. Parker Knoll is not linked with Pinesolutions, their details can be found at www.parkerknoll.co.uk.
As a non EC resident can I claim the VAT back?
We will offer VAT refunds for overseas visitors to the United Kingdom and entitled EC residents at our discretion. Please note we only ship to UK mainland or designated shipping ports.
