Our mission is to bring you great quality furniture and unbeatable value for money. Our outstanding customer service, high stock availability and short delivery times means we serve more customers than any other online furniture retailer in the UK.

We are a business built on three simple values; Service, Excellence and Pride.

Service: We aim to have as many items in stock as possible to keep your waiting time to a minimum. Our next day delivery service makes sure that if you need your furniture in a hurry, we can help. We have a dedicated customer service team who are on hand seven days a week if you need any help with your order. We are experts in furniture and our account handlers have extensive knowledge of all our products. And we don’t just work regular office hours, so you can call us when it is most convenient for you as our lines are open until 9pm.

Excellence: We go that extra mile to make sure we exceed your expectations in everything we do. Our hope is that if you’ve bought from PineSolutions even just once, we’ll be your furniture retailer of choice for life.

Pride: We’re committed to making sure that the pride our customers feel when they first unpack their furniture is the same pride they feel years later when friends ask where the item was bought. Our Commitment to the Environment


Like most people, we are conscious of the potential impact we can have on the environment. We are continually striving to improve the way we run our company to make sure our ecological footprint is as small as practicable.

In the Office

The first step we took was to try and reduce our carbon footprint by changing the way we work, starting with how we get to and from the office. PineSolutions now supports a cycle to work policy by signing up to the Government’s Cycle to Work Initiative.

Only 4% of our employees now drive to work. The remaining 96% either take public transport, cycle or walk to the office. We're occasionally wetter after braving the elements to get to the phones in the morning, but we’re also fitter, without having had to join a gym.

We have a Reduce, Recycle and Reuse Initiative in place in our office. We have reduced the amount of paper we use on a daily basis, ensure we recycle all our cardboard and glass, and we also make sure all our shredded paper is reused. Our shredded paper is donated to a local stable after learning about the plight of horses that are allergic to hay. After the paper has been used by the horses it also provides really good compost, so if anyone out there is interested in completing the organic cycle of nature, get in touch. You may be our first ever compost customer…

On the Road

We are a carbon neutral company in association with Carbon Clear, meaning we offset all our carbon emissions by contributing to carbon offsetting schemes in India and Darfur. Rather than making the decision for you, we ask our customers to contribute 50p to offsetting the emissions of their order. We know we need to do as much as possible, so we are constantly working to improve our delivery service to reduce the impact it has on the environment. Did you also know that some of our logistics companies do over a million miles per year? They're not exclusively PineSolutions deliveries, but it is important to us both commercially and environmentally to make these journeys as efficient as possible. We have a dedicated Logistics Manager whose role is to optimise our delivery runs, so we can use the least amount of fuel possible getting furniture to our customers and can then reduce our carbon footprint.

Further Afield

We are pleased to have established relationships with suppliers who care about the environment as much as we do. Segusino, who supply the beautiful Mexican pine furniture range, only use wood sourced from sustainable forests, while also complying with fair trade standards.


Our History


PineSolutions has always been a family business, and these family values remain central to who we are today. Our customers have become our extended family now, and we look after these people in the same way we look after our staff.

Since PineSolutions went online in 2003 we have become UK's largest online suppliers of pine and oak furniture. Despite our ever-increasing furniture range, we are always committed to keeping delivery times to a minimum and are proud of our average 6 day lead-time. In 2009 our hard work paid off when we were recognized in The Sunday Times Fast Track 100 as one of the fastest growing companies in the UK.

We work in partnership with a number of international furniture suppliers to make sure we can offer the best quality pieces of furniture to our customers. Our established relationships mean we can keep prices down to an absolute minimum, without sacrificing on quality.

Most of our large collection of Scandinavian Pine furniture originates from a long established family run Danish furniture designer and manufacturer. Our timeless 'Scandinavian Collection' continues to offer you the quality pine furniture

We are also pleased to trade with Segusino who manufacture beautiful rustic Mexican pine furniture. Segusino comply with fair trade ethics and source their wood from managed forests.

Our oak furniture range uses solid oak wood from all over the world to offer the highest quality and best value oak furniture in the UK.
